The Norwegian International Film Festival, New Nordic Films have established a new partnership with the Film London Production Finance Market (PFM), taking place Wednesday 17-Thursday 18 October, in association with the BFI 56 London Film Festival. PFM are dedicated to connecting producers with financiers to encourage new global film financing relationships.
The new partnership with the PFM will provide a new and unique collaborative exchange programme between the Nordic and the UK territories, as London is the capital of finance and investment in films and the presence of financiers at PFM are quite unique. We will recommend up to 10 projects from the Nordic region, of which up to five will be selected to attend the PFM. While Film London will recruit and propose UK projects to participate in our UK Focus for the next year of NCPM.
The Norwegian Embassy in London will invite Nordic and UK film industry participants to a reception at their Resident on Tuesday 16 October.
