The Norwegian International Film Festival in Haugesund wishes professionals and audiences welcome to new film experiences in August.
New Nordic Films
New Nordic Films, the Nordic film market, will come first, with film screenings and works in progress 15 -18 August, including New Nordic Films Co-Production and Finance Market 16-17 August.
Amanda
The Amanda Awards ceremony will celebrate the previous year’s film production during a live TV show on TV2, from Haugesund Concert Hall on Friday 17 August.
The Norwegian International Film Festival
The day after, Saturday 18 August, a new Norwegian film year starts with the official opening of the 40th Norwegian International Film Festival. The Cinamagi Programme starts on Sunday 19 August.
The Norwegian International Film Festival will colour the city of Haugesund with more than hundred film screenings as well as seminars, concerts, a festival exhibition and a number of events of a social or cultural nature.
