I Belong was selected as the best Nordic film and the winner of the «Viaplay Nordic Film Award Haugesund» when the festival awards were presented in Haugesund tonight. Director Dag Johan Haugerud shares the award of NOK 75,000 with the film's producers, Yngve Sæther and Sigve Endresen of Motlys. The Audience Award went to the festival's opening film Kon-Tiki, directed by Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg. |

Turn Me On, Goddammit! won the award for Best Norwegian Film in Theatrical Release, Joachim Trier won Best Direction for Oslo, August 31st, while the public voted for their favourite film, Headhunters, to win the People's Amanda, when the 2012 Amanda Awards found their happy winners in Haugesund tonight. With four Amanda Awards, including Best Screenplay, Pål Sletaune's Babycall won the most awards. |
