Sportsko srce

Sportsko srce is a warm comedy about the clash of two incompatible worlds when young Maja decides to introduce her fiancé, Pavle - a sophisticated Belgrader - to her father Macura, the charismatic owner of a traditional roast house in Zemun. As Maja tries to “polish” her father for the fateful family lunch, and Pavle struggles to balance his love for Maja with the influence of his dominant mother, generational gaps and deeply rooted prejudices rise to the surface. Through a series of comic misunderstandings, this story reminds us that honesty and acceptance are the only path to a shared future, no matter how different our roots may be.
