When Kanji Yakutani, a pharmacological researcher in modern-day Japan, opened his eyes, he had been reincarnated as Falma de Médicis, the son of a royal doctor from the distinguished de Médicis family. Falma despairs at the medicine in the parallel world, where incorrect treatments and prescriptions, and incantations and spells that can't be called medical treatment are widespread.
