Kristen Stewart stars as Maureen, a young American woman living in Paris who works as a high-fashion personal shopper for a celebrity (Nora von Waldstätten) and has the ability to communicate with the spirits of the dead. Reeling from the recent death of her twin brother, Maureen attempts to make contact with his spirit. Her efforts to reach him result in eerie messages from a mysterious source.
