When the daughter of 911 call centre operator Pamela (Mischa Barton) and her estranged husband Jeremy (Luke Goss), a Senior Police Officer, is kidnapped, the two have no choice but to follow the kidnapper's rules. Alerting all police and fire units to scatter to remote locations where they are met with chaos. Not knowing who has taken their child or why, the only thing they do know, is that if they fail to work together, they will be solely responsible for facilitating the biggest crime in their city's history. They are left with a choice: Save the city, or save their daughter.
