Garrett, an emotionally troubled young man, finds the corpse of his murdered girlfriend lying in the bed next to him. Without any recollection of the murder, he is sent to a clinic that whispers soothing promises to perfection. By planting characteristics directly into his body, he's relieved of his dark, twisted visions but pays the price for perfection.
