Four students from the sea, Manaka Mukaido, Hikari Sakishima, Chisaki Hiradaira, and Kaname Isaki must now attend school on land despite the growing tension between land and sea people. Adjusting to their new lives, these four and their new land friend, Tsumugu Kihara, plan to put on a festival in an attempt to create peace between the two villages.
